Gemma is the Partner and Head of the Private Client Team. Her practice focuses on Estate Administration, the preparation of Wills, Trust Administration and Court of Protection work.

Her wealth of technical knowledge and practical experience ensure that her clients are given the best possible advice and service.

Gemma’s particular expertise is in the administration of both simple and complex estates, including post-death inheritance tax savings.

She is a full member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers and is trained to provide advice to older or vulnerable clients in a way that puts them at ease when considering their sometimes complex and life changing issues.

She advises on and prepares client-focussed Wills, often including trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries, life interest trusts and nil rate band discretionary trusts. In addition, Gemma advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyship applications.
