Giving back

Corporate social responsibility isn’t just a policy – it’s part of our culture.

For over a decade, we’ve proudly supported Larchfield, a children’s charity in Tanzania that gives children affected by HIV a safe home and hope for the future.

This commitment shines through as our team regularly supports good causes – from marathon runs and long-distance bike rides to office bake-offs and dress-down days.

We don’t stop at fundraising. We also volunteer as trustees on charity boards, offer pro bono legal advice, and use our professional skills to help those in need.

It’s a firm-wide ethos of giving back that empowers everyone at Mackrell to support meaningful causes and make a real difference.

From providing secure bike storage to encouraging cycling to work, we make it easier for our people to reduce their carbon footprint.

Inside the office, we’ve taken real steps to minimise waste. Plastic cups are a thing of the past, and we recycle all cardboard and paper waste as standard.

While the nature of our work means going truly paperless isn’t always achievable, we actively promote digital filing and document sharing across all departments.
